My offices are located across from City Hall in downtown Philadelphia, easily accessible by public transportation. I also make full use of current communications technologies, and I have worked many real estate transactions via telephone and e-mail without the need for in-person meetings. I represent both buyers and sellers, both those with real estate agents and owners selling their own homes. I write and review agreements of sale, draft and review other real estate documents, help my clients understand title insurance and the process of clearing title. I am also available to attend settlement meetings and closings, to help with last-minute negotiations and document review.
